How to measure:

To ensure accurate measurements, we suggest having a professional seamstress measure you. If you do not get a professional seamstress to take your measurements you should follow this guide to ensure proper fit.
Please Note: You should always have someone else take your measurements, physically measuring yourself will provide you with inaccurate numbers, so please have someone help you. Bust-Not your bra size! Take the tape

Bust-Not your bra size! Take the tape around your back and bring it across the fullest part of your bust. Your arms should be relaxed, down at your sides. You must wear a bra when taking this measurement.	Waist-This is the smallest part of your waist. Typically it's an inch or so above your belly button. Also known as the natural waistline.	Hips-This is the widest part of your hips, across the hipbone. Measurement is taken approximately 7 inches below the natural waistline. This measurement is not needed for full gowns.	Hollow to Hem-This is the length from your hollow(the hollow just under your neck) to your heels. (Take the tape from your front, with bare foot.) You should stand upright and your feet should keep together.

Shipping and Returns Information for Tailor-Made Dresses

Whether you choose a standard size or give us your custom measurements, all our dresses suits are personally tailored for you from scratch. Because of this, shipping time and our return policy are different for these special items.

Shipping Time
Total Shipping Time is based on the time it will take to tailor your dresses + the time taken for the finished dress to be shipped to you.

It will take 15-20 working days to tailor your dresses by professional dressmaker. Also it will take about 3-7 working days for the package travel from our facilities to your destination, the exact shipping time is based on the shipping company (DHL, TNT ,etc) standard.


Returns Information
All dresses ordered from us can be cancelled within 24 hours free of charge, no questions asked. However, because your dress is a one-off tailor made for your special day, orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a handling fee equalling 25% of the item price. We thank you in advance for your understanding.

Return Policy

We only accept those items which have obvious mistakes to be returned back. Like the size problem (too big/small), a wrong color or some quality problems.

You will be eligible for a refund claim within 3 days from the date you received your order. For refunds, we will issue you an immediate refund of the value of your returned goods minus 20% re-stocking fee, since we receive the returned goods(The returned goods should be in new condition). Shipping fee or the rush shipping fee is not able to be refunded. This applies for any item purchased at normal retail price.
